A very early start on a beautiful morning at the wonderful RSPB Frampton Marsh reserve in Lincolnshire.

Sadly not early enough to catch the Whooper Swans departing to their feeding grounds well before sunrise, but the thousands of geese (Brent, Pink-footed, Greylag) increasing numbers of migrant thrushes (Fieldfares and Redwings) and the return of over-wintering Stonechats made it a very morning blessed by wonderful sunshine.
